Time to recharge and refocus is important, so we offer 30 days annual leave to all employees, plus bank holidays, in addition to our standard 4-day working week.
Mental well being is as important as physical health, and we offer a full assistance programme for any employees who need any additional support.

All of our employees are encouraged to help across their local communities and we give up to 5 days a year in additional annual leave, specifically to allow our people to volunteer their time to worthwhile projects that they are passionate about.
